We are a small team building Tarkle — a suite of white-label tools for agencies and client-facing businesses. We hire slowly and only open roles when we are ready to support them well.
Tarkle started because we ran a real service business and couldn't find tools that worked the way we worked. So we built them. Today we run Tarkle Send, Tarkle Portal, Tarkle Crew, and Tarkle Studio — products used by agencies and small teams who care about how their work looks to clients.
We don't have a big team, a venture war chest, or a roadmap three years out. We have real customers, a growing user base, and a clear direction. We're progressing slowly in a competitive environment, but we're moving forward. If that sounds like the kind of environment where you'd do your best work, we'd like to meet you.
We are distributed by design. Work from wherever you do your best thinking.
We keep the team lean. Every person covers real ground and leaves a mark on the product.
No daily standups, no status theater. We write things down, stay close to customers, and trust each other with time.
Most of our team works on contract. We value the relationship the same way.
