1. Free trial
Tarkle may offer a free trial for some or all products. Trial availability, duration, and terms are as advertised on the relevant product page at the time you sign up and may change at any time without prior notice. A payment method may be required to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription converts automatically to a paid plan at the rate shown at sign-up.
2. Converting to a paid subscription
At the end of your trial, if you wish to continue, you must provide a valid payment method and subscribe to a paid plan. By adding your payment method, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to evaluate the product and that it meets your needs.
Your subscription begins immediately upon acceptance of payment and renews automatically on the same date each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. 7-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee starting from your first payment. This guarantee applies to the first payment of a new subscription only. It does not apply to any subsequent or renewal payments, plan upgrades, or plan changes.
If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription charge, you are welcome to request a full refund by reaching out through our contact page. We process refund requests within a few business days.
After the 7-day period, all subscription payments are non-refundable. No partial refunds are provided for cancellations mid-billing cycle.
4. Renewal notices and automatic billing
We will send a reminder email before each subscription renewal notifying you of the upcoming charge. If you do not cancel before the renewal date, we will automatically charge your payment method for another billing period. Renewal charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
You are responsible for monitoring your renewal dates and cancelling your subscription if you no longer wish to use the Service.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period.
6. Duplicate charges and billing errors
In the rare event of a duplicate charge, accidental billing error, or system failure resulting in a charge that should not have occurred, we will refund the erroneous charge upon investigation and verification. If you believe this has happened, please get in touch through our contact page as soon as possible and include any documentation you have. We will investigate and resolve billing errors within 14 business days.
7. Chargebacks and fraud prevention
Chargebacks filed for payments made in exchange for legitimate use of the Service will be treated as a breach of the Terms of Service and will result in account suspension or permanent termination. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback. We resolve legitimate billing errors promptly and directly.
8. Account violations
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refunds will be provided for any charges already incurred.
9. Service credits
In the event of downtime that breaches our uptime target as defined in the Terms of Service, eligible paid subscribers may be entitled to a service credit. Credits are the exclusive remedy for downtime and do not constitute a cash refund under this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
